Reply without picking up

Automatic reply sends a text to the caller as soon as a call is missed or declined, whichever you choose. It goes out from your Android phone and your own SIM, so the customer recognises your number and can reply. When you would rather write it yourself, manual reply lets you open a missed call in the history and send a text in one tap, even without a subscription.

Messages that sound like you

SMS templates come in French and English. The {first_name} and {name} variables pull in the first name or full name saved in your address book, with clean wording when the caller is unknown. The preview shows how many SMS segments the text uses, so you can keep it short and readable. You write it once and CallReply adapts it to each call.

Track everything, on the phone and online

The history lists every missed call and every SMS with its time, the contact name if known and its status: sent, delivered, failed, or not sent with the reason. The web client area turns this into a dashboard with counters and charts over 7, 30 or 90 days. Contact sync is optional and only happens with your explicit consent. Names then replace bare numbers across the history and dashboard.

Stay in control

Guardrails frame every send: one SMS per number per day, a daily cap, a minimum gap between two sends and a STOP list you can edit on the phone or online. Withheld numbers are only listed in the history. On iPhone, a dedicated approach uses the Messages and Shortcuts apps. Voicemail with call forwarding is being rolled out gradually, where available.
