ⓘ About the "SMS" permission
Scheduled
No immediate send: at the time you choose, the texts go out together, one per missed call since the previous send. A number you called back meanwhile is removed.
Sending time
18:00
Next send: today at 18:00
Interval between two texts
The scheduled texts go out one after the other, with this wait between two: a number called back or blocked meanwhile is removed.
Days off
On closing days, a specific message is sent instead of the usual one.
Every week
In scheduled mode, on a day off:
● Send the day-off message

Signature

Added at the end of the messages, for instance your business name. Without a signature, the short sentence is sent.
Recognise what the call is about
Read on the phone in the contact's note and labels. Nothing is sent to a third party.
Health or legal trade: the subject is never written, the message stays neutral.
Situations, by priority
1. Ongoing conversation
A subject is found in the contact's note or labels, and you exchanged with this number less than 48 h ago (missed call or SMS sent by CallReply).
2. Known contact
The caller's first name is in your address book.
Claire DurandHello Claire, I can't answer right now. I will call you back as soon as possible. Plomberie Martin
3. Repeated calls
Second call of the day or more.
4. Closed
Outside your opening hours.
5. First call
No other situation: the generic message.
Variables: {first_name} {topic} {call_count} {next_open} {signature} {when}. Empty: the text suggested for your trade. Avoid ç, ê, â and œ: one of them turns the 160-character limit of an SMS into 70.
Suggested message
Read the message, edit it if needed, then send it. It goes from your number, once today.

How to check it works
Ask someone to call you and do not pick up. The call must appear in "Voicemail" within the minute. As long as nothing appears, forwarding is not active at your operator.
What your callers hear
Hello, we cannot answer right now. Leave your message after the tone: it will be passed on, and you will receive a text from this number.

These durations come from our servers: they are the same here as on the website, and they change at the same moment.

Once your account is closed, what remains of it is erased after 5 years.
Your invoices are kept for 10 years, as the law requires.

Data controller
CallReply processes personal data to provide its service: detecting your missed calls and sending follow-up texts from your number. Data controller: Kimy Technology (contact@callreply.fr).
Data we process
Account: name, e-mail, phone number (verified by SMS), language; if you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, your verified e-mail and your Google account identifier (nothing else: neither your password nor your Google contacts). Activity: missed/rej...
Address book
See names instead of numbers
With your agreement, CallReply sends your address book to your web space so it can show your callers' names, and write “Hello Marie” in your messages.
What is sent
Your contacts' first name, last name, numbers and, when the option is on, a small thumbnail of their photo. Nothing of your conversations, no message content.
What you keep
You can withdraw at any time: your address book is then erased from our servers, and the app carries on with numbers.
Send contact photos
Each contact's photo on the phone, if it has one, is sent as a small thumbnail (256 pixels at most) to show it in your history and on your web space. Turned off, the photos already sent are erased from our servers.
