The subscription covers everything: automatic reply to missed and declined calls, French and English templates, guardrails and STOP list, history, the web client area with its dashboard, optional contact sync, the iPhone mode and ticket support. There are no paid add-ons and no higher tier to unlock. Every subscriber gets the same app.
Texts go out from your phone, using your SIM. They count against your mobile plan like any other SMS you send. With an unlimited SMS plan, your bill does not change. CallReply does not sell SMS credits and does not route anything through a third-party gateway. Check your carrier's terms if your plan has an SMS limit.
You cancel straight from the app, with no paperwork. Access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, monthly or yearly. Your data remains subject to the retention periods in the privacy policy, and you can request export or erasure from My data. There is no minimum commitment.
Without an active subscription, automatic and scheduled sending stops, but the app is still useful. The history lists your missed calls of the last 7 days, the address book stays available, and manual reply lets you open a call and send a text in one tap. It is a way to use CallReply for free while keeping control of every reply.
